New COVID-19 Death Reported in Daviess County, Indiana

Health officials in Daviess County reported one new COVID-19 death on Wednesday, Aug. 19.

One new coronavirus death was reported in Daviess County, Indiana, by the Daviess County Health Department on Wednesday.

This brought the total number of COVID-19 deaths in the county to 22 to date. 

DCHD said that the newly reported death isn't related to any area nursing homes or assisted living facilities, though no further information on the deceased was released.

There were 14 new positive cases of coronavirus reported in Daviess County on Wednesday by the Indiana State Department of Health. 

Statewide in Indiana, there were 506 new positive cases of COVID-19 and 14 new coronavirus deaths reported on Wednesday.
