Governor Andy Beshear's administration has announced several enhancements to the Kentucky Crime Victim Notification System.

New features to the Victim Information and Notification Everyday System include a voice search option, enhanced security, a personalized watch list, and zip code search.

"VINE" is a free service that provides victims with custody status updates involving offenders.

The upgrades were made possible through a federal grant awarded to the state in 2020.
