The Evansville Police Department's Toy Drive was so popular that officers stood outside in the cold last night.

Even though a number of families will benefit from their generosity, at least one man is trying to make a quick buck at EPD's expense.

The photo shows an AD on Facebook Market Place. A man trying to sell an NFL England Patriot fly wheels cruiser, he received from EPD. He has it listed for 3,000.

The AD has been recently taken down.

We headed out to cloudy skies and some damp conditions this morning across the Tri-State. We've been tracking scattered showers for the first part of the day. While it’s been mostly cloudy, there will be some sunshine as soon as we get the rain out of the area. Temperatures are still expected to reach unseasonably warm values this afternoon. With some sunshine and winds out of the southwest highs should have no problem reaching the upper 50s and lower 60s. Clouds will clear out, but the southerly wind flow will keep overnight lows in the low to mid 40s. Tomorrow morning won't be all that bad considering it will be December 2nd.
