Owensboro Home Struck Multiple Times in Overnight Shooting

Owensboro Police say they're looking for information on an overnight shooting where a residence with three people inside was shot at and struck multiple times.

A shooting in Owensboro that happened around 2:00 a.m. on Thursday morning is currently under investigation by the Owensboro Police Department.

According to OPD, officers responded to the 1000 block of Oglesby St. for a firearm discharge.

A home there had been struck multiple times by gunfire. 

Police say that three people were inside the house at the time of the shooting, but that no one was injured.

OPD Detectives are investigating the incident and are asking anyone with information to contact OPD at 270-687-8888. Anyone with information on the incident can also leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 270-687-8484.
