Pedestrian Hospitalized after Being Hit by Vehicle in Henderson

A man was taken to the hospital with injuries on Wednesday after being hit by a vehicle on Green Street in Henderson.

One person was sent to the hospital in Henderson, Kentucky, after being hit by a vehicle on Wednesday morning.

According to the Henderson Police Department, a 28-year-old Evansville man was walking down Green Street around 6:25 a.m. on Wednesday morning when he was hit by a vehicle.

HPD says that the driver of that vehicle said he didn't see the man because it was dark and raining.

Police say the man who was hit by the vehicle was taken to the hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.

No further information has been released at this time.
