The Indiana State Department of Health on Tuesday reported 20 new COVID-19 deaths throughout the Hoosier State.
Two new COVID-19 deaths were reported locally by ISDH on Tuesday, with one new death each in Warrick County and Daviess County.
According to the state health department, there are now 43 total COVID-19 deaths in Warrick County. In Daviess County, a total of 29 COVID-19 deaths has now been reached.
ISDH said that as of Tuesday, 3,385 total Hoosiers were confirmed to have died from COVID-19.
New positive cases of COVID-19 were also identified within many of Indiana's southwesternmost counties.
In Vanderburgh County, 58 new positive cases of COVID-19 were reported on Tuesday. In Warrick County, another 25 new positive cases of the virus were reported.
After 11 new positive cases of COVID-19 were reported in Dubois County on Tuesday, over 1,000 Dubois County residents were confirmed to have tested positive for the virus so far.
In all, 761 new positive cases of COVID-19 were also reported statewide by ISDH on Tuesday. That brought the total number of Indiana residents who have tested positive for COVID-19 so far to 119,066.

Indiana entered into Stage 5 of Governor Eric Holcomb's "Back on Track Indiana" plan on Saturday, with the Hoosier governor citing "steady health indicators," extending the state's mask mandate, and renewing the ongoing public health emergency.
