The Powerball jackpot continues to climb after nobody held the winning numbers from Saturday's drawing.

The new estimated total for tonight's drawing is $685 million dollars, with a cash option amount of $485.5 million for tonight’s drawing.

There has not been a bigger jackpot since over $700 million dollars was won back in January.

Since Aug. 23, drawings have been increased to three times a week to promote interest and grow prizes more quickly.

We woke up to dry and cold conditions this Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, there won’t be any drastic changes this afternoon. Increasing cloud cover will be likely as a cold northerly flow continues ushering in chilly air. Highs won’t be going very far, we’ll likely only reach the mid to upper 30s Tri-State wide. We’re tracking a little bit of winter weather out to our north and west. Skies will be mostly cloudy tonight with a chance of flurries/light rain. It won't be a big snow by any stretch, but you could see some flurries flying Tuesday night into Wednesday morning around the Tri-State. Don't expect more than a dusting, with greater chances falling north of I-64.
