President Donald Trump signed executive orders Saturday, bypassing Congress.

President Trump signed executive orders deferring payroll taxes for some Americans, applying to those earning less than $100,000 a year.

Extra unemployment aid will total $400 a week, cutting from the $600 a week that just expired.

President Trump also signed executive orders extending the freeze on evictions and holing off student loan payments.
