Rain Leads To Several Flooded Roads in Kentucky

The steady rain in Western Kentucky led to several roads being impacted by high water.

The high water levels on some area roadways are causing issues for drivers.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet issued a water over road report Monday.

The warnings came after rain-drenched Western Kentucky Sunday morning into Monday night.

Here are the roads reported to have water covering them in western Kentucky:

Daviess County

KY 762 is closed for high water at 0 - 1mm - County Line

Henderson County

KY 2247/Posey Ball Road is closed at 0 - 1mm

KY 812 is closed at 2 - 5mm

KY 1557 is closed at 1 - 3mm

Hopkins County

KY 502 is open with high water at 1 - 3mm and 4 - 5mm and 16 - 17mm

KY 2281 is open with high water at 0 - 1mm

KY 2280 is open within high water at 0 - 1mm

Muhlenberg County

KY 1380 is closed due to high water at 2 - 3mm

KY 1163 is closed due to high water at 4 - 5mm

KY 2270 is open with high water at 8 - 9mm

KY 2270 is open with high water at 6 - 7mm

Ohio County

KY 764 is open with high water at 8 - 9mm

KY 764 is open with high water at 7 - 8mm

KY 62 is open with high water at 8 - 10mm

KY 2670 is open with high water at 2 - 3mm
