Rollover Crash in Henderson Leads to Head Injuries

Posted: May 13, 2021 10:54 PM

Thursday afternoon around 3:15, a 2013 Toyota Camry crossed the median on U.S. 41 South in front of Ellis Park.

The vehicle was operated by 52-year-old Sammy Terry of Henderson and finally came to rest after crossing the Northbound lane and rolling over into a nearby ditch.

Terry was transported to Deaconess Midtown by ambulance for head injuries, and the bridges were temporarily closed down to remove the vehicle from the scene.

We woke up to dry and cold conditions this Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, there won’t be any drastic changes this afternoon. Increasing cloud cover will be likely as a cold northerly flow continues ushering in chilly air. Highs won’t be going very far, we’ll likely only reach the mid to upper 30s Tri-State wide. We’re tracking a little bit of winter weather out to our north and west. Skies will be mostly cloudy tonight with a chance of flurries/light rain. It won't be a big snow by any stretch, but you could see some flurries flying Tuesday night into Wednesday morning around the Tri-State. Don't expect more than a dusting, with greater chances falling north of I-64.
