TODAY: A Heat Advisory is still in effect for most of the Tri-State until 7PM. Mostly to partly sunny skies along with the continuous southerly flow will help our highs peak in the low to mid 90s with heat indices reaching the triple digits. It’s a good idea to limit the amount of time you spend outdoors and stay hydrated. Winds won’t be moving much out of the south, which will make it feel quite stagnant. We are tracking some relief this afternoon. There is a chance of some isolated storms, but none of those are expected to turn severe.
TONIGHT: Conditions will stay primarily dry and warm through the evening and overnight. Temperatures will only cool into low 70s.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK: Low-to-mid 90s will be with us for the weekend, but the humidity isn't going to be as extreme as the last few days. However, you won't really be able to tell the difference. There is a slight chance of some isolated storms Saturday and Sunday, but those aren't expected to be widespread or enough to ruin our weekend plans. Relief from the high heat and humidity will return next week.
