Overnight showers have pushed out of the area. We are waking up to damp conditions and roadways across the Tri-State. For the first time in a while, we are walking out the door to temperatures above freezing. Cloudy skies and breezy conditions will stick around through the first part of the day.
Milder conditions will once again be on the menu for the Tri-State this afternoon. Highs will make a run towards the mid to upper 40s with gradual clearing. Conditions will remain quiet overnight with lows dipping down into the low to mid 30s. Winds will be on the breezy side, but moving more out of the southwest, which will help filter in warmer air. Expect plenty of sunshine Wednesday afternoon with highs in the mid 50s.

Pleasant conditions will stick around for most of the week. However, we'll be watching out for a cold front to move through Wednesday. It won't necessarily affect the high temperature of 54°, but it could sprinkle a few showers Wednesday night. The cold front isn't going to put too much of a damper on conditions. By Thursday, sunshine will be welcomed once again with highs in the upper 40s.
