City officials in Owensboro, Kentucky are advising the public of several upcoming street closures that will be in place while sewer repairs are completed at both locations.
Placid Place Between Suffolk Drive and Warwick Drive
Beginning Monday, Feb. 15, Placid Place will be closed between Suffolk Drive and Warwick Drive. The closure is expected to last through Monday, Feb. 22, as long as no delays arise.
A marked detour will be in place for the duration of the closure. Motorists are asked to use caution while driving in the area.
Daviess Street Between E. 29th Street and E. 27th Street
Daviess Street will be closed between East 29th Street and East 27th Street beginning Tuesday, Feb. 16. This closure is expected to last through Tuesday, Feb. 23, as long as there are no delays.
A marked detour will also be in place for the duration of this closure. Motorists are asked to use caution while driving in the area.
