Tri Staters have the 'go-ahead' to store away the rain gear, for now. Conditions will be absolutely flawless as we close out your workweek. Northwest winds will be in control and could be breezy at times. Meanwhile, afternoon highs will be seasonably cooler. Most locations will warm only into the low-to-mid 70s. Through the evening and overnight things remain quiet as the mercury creep into the upper-40s. Patchy fog could develop by daybreak.

The first half of the weekend looks gorgeous. Saturday will be a bit milder with a high of 78 with mostly sunny skies. For the Tri Staters heading to Churchill Downs for the Derby, conditions will be pleasant. Expect sunny conditions with low-70s. Back in the Tri State, rain chances will be on the rise by Sunday afternoon.

It's a cool, but beautiful start to our Thursday! Conditions will hold together for an absolutely gorgeous afternoon. Highs will still be below normal, but we'll take some high 60s under mostly sunny skies. The 70s could make a come back as soon as tomorrow!
