We started off our Tuesday with some of the coldest temperatures we'll see all week. Most of us walked out the door in the mid to upper 20s under mostly clear skies. Thankfully, the sunshine is going to help us out today.
Heading into the afternoon it looks as though it will be right around where we topped off yesterday. Afternoon highs will again reach toward the upper 40s and low 50s areawide; we're expected to peak 48° in Evansville under sunny skies. Winds will be on the calmer side and not to breezy! If you can't enjoy the outdoors today, don't worry, you'll have plenty of more time this week to take advantage of the beautiful weather.

After seeing freezing temperatures early tomorrow morning, the mostly clear skies and west southwesterly wind flow will help drive temperatures to 60° across the Tri-State - we'll hit 61° in the River City.
