Brrrrr... it's cold this morning! The Tri-State is walking out the door to low 20s areawide. Fortunately, warmer weather is on tap for the end of the work week - afternoon highs will climb nearly 10° above Thursday's as the combination of southerly winds and sunshine helps drive the mercury back into the mid 40s Friday afternoon.
Saturday on the other hand, doesn't look so pleasant; despite seeing highs again reach the mid 40s, scattered rainfall will make for a gloomier and grayer day overall. The passing core of low pressure and associated cold front responsible for our rain chances Saturday, will have scooted off to our east for Sunday and we'll wrap the weekend ahead on a bit of a high note - we'll climb back up to 46° under mostly sunny skies come Sunday afternoon.
