Most of the Tri-State stepped out the door to cool and clear conditions this morning. Temperatures were in the upper 50s and lower 60s, with Evansville's low dipping down to 61° overnight. Temperatures will stay seasonably below average once again today as high pressure is hanging over the Tri-State.
We may see a small warm up today, but with winds staying out of the north conditions will be calm and cooler. Highs are only expected to top out in the low 80s. Overnight, low temperatures will be keeping the fall-like feel in the air. The Tri-State is expected to dip down into the high 50s and low 60s.
As for the next couple of days, expect to see a lot of sunshine, low humidity, and no rain. Unfortunately, these amazing conditions are only temporary. We'll trend warmer tomorrow, with high temperatures becoming more seasonable in the mid 80s.
Summer-like weather will be moving back into the region this weekend. Expect rain chances and temperatures nearing the low 90s as we kick off next week.
