Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana announced recently they are awarding $250,000 to Vincennes University as part of National Stem Day that took place Nov. 8.
The grant will go toward two STEM programs, a Women in STEM Leadership series, focused on representing women in the workforce.
The second is to upgrade their Programmable Logic Controller Lab and expand student accessibility.
Oakland City University is also receiving $250,000 to implement a Creative Technologies Bachelor Degree program.
