Tennyson Water Utility Issues Boil Advisory Due to 'Drinking Water Problem'

Tennyson Water Utility in Warrick County has issued a boil advisory for some of its customers due to a 'drinking water problem' in the service area south of Oak Street in Tennyson.

Tennyson Water Utility has issued a boil advisory for all customers South of Oak Street in Tennyson, including State Road 62, the Degonia area, Winsett, Maxville, and White Roads. 

According to TWU, the precautionary measure is being taken due to a 'drinking water problem' in the service area.

It is recommended that all cooking and drinking water be brought to a complete boil for five minutes before using until TWU gives the "all clear."

TWU is also asking that the public conserve water and only use what is necessary for household and personal needs until the issue is resolved.
