The Unseasonal Cold Snap Continues, Freeze Warnings Tonight

Thursday Morning Forecast

Posted: Apr 1, 2021 9:21 AM

Let's start with the good news today, the sunny skies will continue for the Tri State for your Thursday. Unfortunately, it will be a slow grind for many locations to approach the mid-to-upper 40s this afternoon. In addition to the cooler air, wind speeds will gust as high as 25 MPH. Although the mercury will only rise to 45 this afternoon, the wind will make it feel like the upper-30s through your daylight hours.

We rebound slightly for your Good Friday as highs surge into the upper-40s and low-50s for most. The combination of seasonal air and brighter skies returns just in time for your holiday weekend. Conditions will remain quiet for Saturday and Sunday as temperatures maintain in the mid-60s.

Bundle up tonight.
