3 Hospitalized After Off-Road Vehicle Crash in Vanderburgh County

The fire department said three people were hospitalized after their side-by-side vehicle had overturned.

Three people were sent to the hospital on Saturday after their side-by-side vehicle crashed in Evansville, according to the German Township Fire Department.

The fire department said it responded to the 6900 block of Meadow Lane around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday after the crash was reported.

According to GTFD, the first units to arrive at the scene found an overturned side-by-side vehicle with three people involved.

The fire department says those three patients were treated at the scene of the crash before being taken to the hospital by AMR.

In addition to the German Township Fire Department, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office and AMR responded to the scene.

After only reaching temperatures in the mid 30s early in the day, we will see temperatures gradually tumble back down into the upper 20s by 10 o’clock. Despite the gradual clearing conditions overnight (which would normally lead too a much colder morning), the mercury is expected to remain relatively stable into early Tuesday morning. The return of a southerly wind flow overnight will help keep the temperatures milder as we head towards daybreak.
