SUNDAY: Passing showers will continue to progress eastward out of the Tri State by the mid-morning as cooler air settles. In addition to the comfortable conditions, skies will eventually clear from west-to-east by the afternoon. The northwest breeze will keep temperatures contained in the upper-70s and low-80s for highs.
SUNDAY NIGHT: Expect starlit skies and the mercury to plummet into upper-50s and lower-60s by daybreak Monday.
LABOR DAY & NEXT WEEK : Conditions will remain dry. The biggest change will be the fluctuation in temperatures throughout the workweek. Both Monday and Tuesday afternoon the mercury will spike in the mid-to-upper 80s. However, by Wednesday morning our next cold front will swing in bringing another glimpse of fall-like air. Expect upper-70s and low-80s for highs by the second half of the workweek.
