Tracking a Stormy Start to the Workweek

Here is what to expect for Monday & the rest of the week.

The threat of severe storms will be looming once again for the Tri State as we start your workweek. Our next inbound cold front will trigger scattered-to-numerous storms chances. A few of those thunderstorms could approach severe limits.

MONDAY: Most of the region will be waking up to mostly cloudy skies with numbers near the upper-60s. Latest model data has showers and storms arriving by 11AM. Between the hours of 11AM - 6PM a few of storms could produce damaging wind gust and flash flooding. Highs will approach the low-80s.

MONDAY NIGHT: A few clouds will linger with drier conditions low will cool into the upper-60s.

REST OF THE WEEK: Expect more scattered storms through the afternoon for Tuesday. Wednesday will be the driest as afternoon highs retreat to seasonal heights of 88°. We remain active with storms returning by the late week.
