Two men were arrested in Henderson, Kentucky on Sunday night after a shooting incident on Atkinson Street, according to police.
The Henderson Police Department says officers went to a shots-fired call around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday in the area of Atkinson Street near Wright Street.
When officers got there, they said they found a white car driven by 20-year-old Isaiah Utley-Gray of Henderson, and that the car had numerous bullet holes in it.
HPD says that after officers were told by dispatch that the shooter was still across the street, they found a large group of people and spoke with them.
Police say that among those individuals they spoke with was 20-year-old Richard Dennis of Henderson, who claimed that Utley-Gray had tried to run his uncle over.
Dennis said that he pulled out his gun and shot at Utley-Gray's vehicle multiple times as it came swerving towards his uncle, according to police.
Both Dennis and Utley-Gray were arrested and booked into the Henderson County Jail on charges of 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment.
