Update Expected in Deadly Police Chase Lawsuit

An attorney representing an Evansville mother who lost her two children in a deadly car accident will make an announcement Tuesday afternoon.

An attorney representing an Evansville mother who lost her two children in a deadly car accident will make an announcement Tuesday afternoon.

Janae Carter was the only survivor of a 2017 crash that killed her children Prince, Princess and their father Terence Barker.

The crash happened -as Frederick McFarland fled police who were trying to pull him over. Carter is suing the city for the wrongful deaths of her children.
