Vanderburgh County Democrats to Hold Early Voting Rally

The Vanderburgh County Democratic Party says it's planning to host an Early Voting Rally in Evansville on Oct. 6, the first day of Early Voting.

The Vanderburgh County Democratic Pary is planning to host an Early Voting Rally.

The Early Voting Rally will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. outside of the new Early Voting location at the Old National Events Plaza in Evansville.

Various Democratic candidates will be present at the rally on Tuesday, including Dr. Woody Myers, candidate for Governor, Linda Lawson, candidate for Lt. Governor, Jonathan Weinzapfel, candidate for Attorney General, and Thomasina Marsili, candidate for the 8th District Congressional seat.

"We are sharing this important event to increase awareness to the public of the beginning of early voting opportunities in Vanderburgh County and knowledge that the location of Early Voting has changed," the statement released by the Vanderburgh County Democrat Party said. "Enjoy free hotdogs and drinks from River City Dawgs while exercising your right to vote!"
