UPDATE:
According to the Tennessee Department of Corrections, escaped inmates Robert Lee Brown and Christopher Osteen were apprehended by law enforcement officers in Florida on Sunday.



Troopers with Kentucky State Police Post 1 were assisting Tennessee authorities in locating two escaped inmates from northwest Tennessee.
Officials say the pair was located and captured in Pompano Beach, Florida, after escaping prison on Friday.

A nationwide manhunt was underway for two inmates who escaped from prison near Fulton County, Kentucky.
Troopers say Robert Brown and Christopher Osteen escaped Friday morning from the Northwest Correctional Complex in Lake County, Tennessee.
The two men then kidnapping a Kentucky Highway Department employee, stealing his state work truck.
A short time later, the inmates then broke into a western Kentucky man's home, beat him, stole his red Chevy truck and are still on the run right now.
The men are considered armed and dangerous. Police say if you live in the Tri-State to be on high alert.
Both men in prison for violent crimes, rape and robbery.
