Ok, so we had another warm December day and the string of warm days will continue for Sunday with bigger changes coming. Today wasn't as warm, but upper 50's to lower 60's were reported for highs in the Tri-State. Overnight tonight temperatures will drop into the upper 30's and with clouds increasing as well.
On Sunday, look clouds to continue to increase, with a few isolated sprinkles or light showers. A cold front will push through the Tri-State late Sunday night and into Monday morning. Dew points will be climbing to near 60 and gusty winds, could give us enough instability to have a few strong to severe storms. The main threat is strong winds and even a very slight chance of a tornado. High on Sunday in the lower 60's.
