Indiana State Police say 51-year-old James R. Coy was arrested after troopers attempted a traffic stop.
Coy was driving down I-69 when Trooper Lukeman attempted to stop the 2006 Pontiac for false registration.
The driver refused to stop and accelerated at speeds over 100mph.
Officials say, they discovered a female passenger in the vehicle unconscious, and then administered NARCAN and treated her until EMS arrived.
Troopers discovered Coy had a suspended driver's license and is currently being held in the Pike County Jail on the charges of resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.
