One person was killed in a Henderson County house fire on Monday morning.
Fire crews arrived at the scene on Bluff City Road in Hebbardsville, Kentucky, around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, unable to make entry into the burning home for several hours as they battled the flames.

The Henderson County Coroner was called to the scene of the fully-involved house fire just after 7:00 a.m. One person was confirmed to have been killed in the deadly fire.
One person was also taken to the hospital with injuries from the fire.
A firefighter indicated the cause of the fire could have been a wood burner, but the official cause has yet to be determined.
