With Kids Back in the Classroom, Abuse Reports Spike in Evansville

Now that COVID-19 restrictions are easing and kids are back in the classroom, the effects of the pandemic on domestic abuse rates in the area are becoming more clear - with the Evansville Police Department responding to 83 incidents in the month of February alone.
