* At 453 PM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain was still occurring in scattered thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hopkinsville, Oak Grove, Princeton, Central City, Dawson Springs, Cadiz, Eddyville, Elkton, and Fort Campbell. Additional rainfall of around one half inch is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
