* WHERE...Portions of western Kentucky and southern Illinois.
Specifically, this Advisory covers the Purchase area of west
Kentucky and all of southern Illinois along and south of a line
stretching from Campbell Hill to Omaha Illinois. In the West
Kentucky Pennyrile region, the advisory covers an area
stretching from Uniontown and Calhoun, southward to Grand
Rivers Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locally dense fog will persist across the
Purchase area of west Kentucky through midnight, then gradually
work northward into southern Illinois and part of the West

the Green River at Rochester.
* From late Tuesday night to Wednesday morning.
* At 2:00 PM CST Monday the stage was 10.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
Wednesday morning and continue rising to a crest of 19.8 feet
early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Reeds and Rochester Ferries remain closed.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The fog will gradually lower in visibility
from the south first, gradually working northward to Interstate
64 around midnight. Visibilities will remain low across the
entire area until 6 am CST, before lifting from the south.
